Membership has its privileges! You will get to be part of a dynamic and fully supported run community including:

  • 1 weekly coached interval session (Tuesday)
  • 1 weekly programmed tempo run/ race pace execution session (Starting Jan 2020) (Thursday)
  • 1 weekly programmed long run (most often coached but always member-led) (Saturday)
  • Priority access to our coaches should you want to purchase personal/ individual coaching plans
  • Priority access to our allied health and wellness resources including our rehab, treatment, and nutrition experts
  • Coach-generated content on our blog
