Membership has its privileges! You will get to be part of a dynamic and fully supported run community including:
- 1 weekly coached interval session (Tuesday)
- 1 weekly programmed tempo run/ race pace execution session (Starting Jan 2020) (Thursday)
- 1 weekly programmed long run (most often coached but always member-led) (Saturday)
- Priority access to our coaches should you want to purchase personal/ individual coaching plans
- Priority access to our allied health and wellness resources including our rehab, treatment, and nutrition experts
- Coach-generated content on our blog
